Towards a Shared Strategic Vision: Strategic Planning Workshop for the “Misahat” Project
The “Masahat” Project held a “Strategic Planning for the Masahat Project” workshop on Saturday, 27 December 2025, at its new headquarters in the city of Mohammedia.
The workshop was opened by Mr. Younes El LOUKILI, Director General of the Center, with a welcoming address to the participants, in which he outlined the conceptual and organizational context that underlined the importance of strategic planning for the Masahat Project, emphasizing that collective intelligence, grounded in dialogue, interaction, contribution, and mutual learning, can generate new and innovative ideas for the project’s work in the coming years.
The workshop proceedings began under the supervision of Mr. Khalid LAHSIKA and Ms. Asmae FALHI, who, in the first framing segment, addressed the issues of knowledge production, knowledge justice, decentralized scientific approaches, and questions of bias in scientific research.
Relying on a collaborative small-group work methodology to stimulate ideas and proposals, the participants contributed in the subsequent segments of the meeting to mapping out “unseen” knowledge areas and identifying overarching intellectual principles, conceptual entry points, and appropriate methodologies.
